A warm welcome to Goodbye Kansas!

A warm welcome to Goodbye Kansas!

Stockholm Dual Career Network is happy to announce Goodbye Kansas as a new member to our group of affiliates. Goodbye Kansas was founded in 2017, and focuses on VFX, digital animation and performance capture for film, TV series, games, gametrailers and commercials. Envisioned as a ‘universe for artists’, Goodbye Kansas employs over 200 talents worldwide. For an organization established with such an inclusive vision, an association with SDCN is – simply put – organic. Now the partners of international employees at Goodbye Kansas working in Sweden, will be able to participate in all the opportunities that SDCN has to offer.

Ariel Noorani, HR Manager at Goodbye Kansas is enthusiastic about starting this new association –

‘For a people-centric organization like ours, it is crucial that we attract talent from all around the world and that they feel comfortable and included in a new country. It’s important for workplaces to be inclusive and recognize people for their competences, regardless of where they come from. Not only do we abide by that principle in our recruitment processes, but our efforts to make our international employees feel at home, also reflects our core beliefs. Further, we appreciate that these efforts have to include the partners of our international talent because if the partners are not satisfied with what Sweden has to offer, our employees will eventually feel disheartened as well. We feel that this is a gap which SDCN plugs – through the wide variety of social and professional support and opportunities that they offer to the partners of our employees – SDCN ensures that the partners of our employees feel fulfilled and look at Sweden as a forever home.’

Please join us in giving a warm, ‘SDCN’ welcome to Goodbye Kansas!
