On 28 October we had the pleasure of hosting an event together with the City of Stockholm about the mentorship program Stockholmsmentor – a great initiative where newly arrived expats can get a mentor who is well-established on the Swedish job market. The purpose of the mentorship program is that the participants will broaden their professional network in Stockholm, gain insights about Swedish working life and business culture, and gain knowledge about the different available avenues into the Swedish labour market.

Karin Bröms and Ulrika Hällgren who are in charge of Stockholmsmentor, introduced the program and how it works, and held interviews with the participants who joined in person.

There was a great interest in the event, so a similar meeting will be held again for SDCN members in January 2021.

We look forward to continuing this collaboration!
