19 March: Lunch webinar about the importance of dual career support

SDCN invites you to a 20 minute lunch webinar about the importance of dual career support, Stockholm Dual Career Network and how we together can make Stockholm the world’s most appealing’ place to work and live for global talent.

Date: 19 March
Time: 12.00-12.20
Place: Zoom

What is Stockholm Dual Career Network and how can it help your company or organization to take a pro-active step towards ensuring the retention of international talent?

Attracting – and retaining – international talent is a challenge faced by many organizations in Stockholm. Expatriate workers often report that concerns about the welfare of their partners and families play a significant role in their decision to move to Stockholm, and then, the longevity of their stay.

Valuable employees choosing to leave Stockholm has a substantial negative financial effect, and also registers as an emotional lapse, for companies to have fallen short of providing a good overall life situation for the employees and their families. In the long run, this has a negative impact on the employer brand and for future possibilities to recruit international talent.

Since 2015, SDCN has helped universities and companies in Stockholm with supporting accompanying partners of international employees by facilitating access to tools, resources and expertise for a successful start to their new lives in Stockholm. In many cases, access to SDCN has been essential for dual career couples when choosing to move to Stockholm and staying here long-term.

The webinar will be held on Zoom. Please register here.

Welcome!
