Career Speed Dating with Young Sustainability Professionals

Do you have a background in sustainability? At this event you will get the opportunity to learn more about the sustainability sector in Sweden, and meet professionals from the field.

Young Sustainability Professionals, otherwise known as YSP, is a cross-sectoral network for young professionals working within sustainability in Sweden, focused towards the common goal of a sustainable future. Their 15000+ members represent all major sectors and have access to mentorship programs, events, conferences, a Facebook group, and regional networks in Stockholm and Malmö.

Karin Nyberg has been Chair of the Board for Young Sustainability Professionals since 2019. She is also a management consultant and Head of Sustainability for Cartina AB, a value-driven management consultancy that creates sustainable businesses through future-proofed strategies and digital transformation. Previously, she led the Sustainergies Academy, Sustainergies Recruitment and Consultancy at Sustainergies, the leading career platform in sustainability and the largest sustainability network in Sweden.

Kelli (Singrey) Haraldsson has been a Young Sustainability Professionals board member since March 2020 and a network member since 2019. She is currently Impact Manager at Global Child Forum, a children’s rights non-profit with a focus on the corporate sector’s role in addressing children’s rights. Before moving to Sweden from the United States in 2017, Kelli worked in Business Development at CEB, now part of Gartner.

During this interactive session, Karin and Kelli will talk about Young Sustainability Professionals, their experiences in the sustainability sector in Sweden and different strategies for finding work within organizations in the sustainability sectors. This session will also include time for a Q&A, and a career speed-dating with YSP members.
