Homemade Cultures Tasting Event

Join us for a one-time special event Monthly Fika on Thursday, January 25th! Instead of the usual fika, we will have a tasting event and workshop hosted by Ben West: SDCN member and founder of Homemade Cultures. In addition to the usual socializing, there will be an assortment of flavorful and healthy fermented foods including whole wheat sourdough bread, hot sauce, cultured butter, kimchi, pickles, and ginger brew.

Ben will also do a live sauerkraut demo so that afterwards you can make your own delicious ferments at home!

The event will be held at Staf and there will be a small entrance fee of 80 SEK / person.
