Social Speed dating

As you might have heard being mentioned ad nauseam at SDCN events and pretty much everyone you talk to in Stockholm, networking and putting yourself out there is crucial to land a job here, and more often than not, makes all the difference.

Now it’s understandable that not everyone is comfortable with the idea of networking right off the bat. Which is why we have put together a fun and lighthearted event with your fellow members that will prime you and set you up to go out into the great unknown and network!

Join us for a Social Speed dating event on October 7th at 15:30 at the SDCN office, as she will take you through activities that will make you feel more at ease with networking.

This is how the session will be divided:

1) A group introduction and icebreakers to start things off.

2) Social Speed dating exercises in a group so that you meet and talk to everyone in the group.

3) A more serious discussion of your work and professional goals.

After the event, those who wish can go out for a coffee or a drink together. You take the connection forward, if you want to, by exchanging contact information.

The event will be held at the office.
