Using Public Resources in Sweden

Have you ever wondered what public resources exist to help job seekers in Sweden? Would you like an introduction on how to access the Swedish health care system? Do you want to start learning Swedish but can’t figure out how Swedish for Immigrants (SFI) work? Then join us for a session where the SDCN Management Team introduces what public resources exist in Sweden and how you can access them.

We’ll cover topics such as:

  • What type of free Swedish classes exist (i.e. SFI or SIFA) and how do I access them?
  • What kind of support can I access to help get a job?
  • How do I access healthcare here in Sweden?
  • How does schooling work for my kids?

If you ever wanted a shortcut to understanding the Swedish system and how to access the benefits available, make sure to join us!

This event will be held through Zoom. Please sign up below no later than 22 September if you would like to join.
