Olivia Downey

Olivia is a data analyst and CRM/database specialist who enjoys working in higher education to elevate the university’s reputation and prestige through student, alumni, and other stakeholder relations, process redesign, and data-driven decision-making.

Olivia believes that the right data strategies and capacities can ease the stresses of everyone’s day-to-day work, decrease errors, and simultaneously enhance strategic decision-making.

Olivia holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri – Saint Louis (USA).

Originally from Saint Louis, Missouri in the United States, and by way of Washington, DC and San Diego, California, Olivia has lived in Stockholm since June 2018.  In her free time, Olivia enjoys triathlon training, going for (mostly short and sometimes long) walks outside, and drinking hot cocoa.
