Esther Homer

Esther is a Human Resource management professional who has worked across a diverse spectrum of industries and in various capacities within the HR management field. She is skilled in In-house recruitment, Learning and Development designs and implementation, Resource and Talent Management, Employer Branding, Corporate Communications and Employment relations

Esther believes that for organisations to remain significant in a competitive business environment, they need to invest in their people. She believes that a viable workforce is instrumental to the success of any organisation.

Esther holds a double honours Bachelor degree in English Language Education from the University of Abuja, Nigeria. She also holds a Masters degree in International Human Resource Management and Employment Relations from Queen Mary, University of London U.K; as well as an advanced certificate in Human Resource Management from the Chartered Institute of personnel and development (CIPD) U.K. In addition, Esther is  a trained S.A.P Human Capital Management consultant.

Originally from Nigeria, Esther moved to Stockholm from London on June 26th 2015. In her free time, Esther enjoys researching, writing, and socialising.
