Professional Networking in Sweden: Theory & Practice

Professional Networking in Sweden: Theory & Practice

Participants at our SDCN event on professional networking in Sweden received a surge of energy from our presenter, Elisabeth Ericson, on May 22. Elisabeth’s workshop focused on each individual and was tailored to their needs, hopes, and wants as to how they are to expand their network and which industries they want to find themselves in.

The workshop followed the model of IPA meaning that participants worked on a set of questions first as Individuals, then in Pairs, and then All together. Elisabeth replied to their questions and gave tips along the way.

During the All phase of the workshop, members had the opportunity to reflect on their professional profiles where each gave a presentation about themselves, followed by Elisabeth’s recommendations as to whom from her network they could connect.

We would like to thank Elisabeth for such an informative workshop and for the endless energy and interest she showed in helping our members with the professional paths.
