We are looking for more music lovers, either professional or amateur, who love to sing and play instruments, to join a wonderful journey together with SDCN Choir – Stockholm’s most international choir with singers of diverse cultural backgrounds and a vast repertoire of world music!⁠

We believe that Sweden’s strong tradition of choral singing and our immigrant identities are the roots of this venture. While we enjoy this popular Swedish pastime at SDCN Choir, we also celebrate the musical traditions we bring from our past to our new home. SDCN Choir will be a space where we feel comfortable blending social integration with our unique identities.⁠

Our weekly rehearsal starts in the beginning of 2023. We will meet at one of the most prominent buildings in Stockholm – Högalid Church – every Thursday evening after work (the specific time will be decided later with all the members).⁠

Now we are mostly looking for more Male voices! Come on! Don’t be afraid! Don’t hesitate to apply even if you don’t have any concrete experience.⁠ The only thing is we hope that you love singing and enjoy singing with a group of lovely people! ⁠
