We celebrated Easter, or Påsk, with families and friends at SDCN last Friday! With wonderful bird-songs and lovely presentation of the Swedish Spring by Maria Fogelström Kylberg of Stockholm Academic Forum, our hearts sang to images of the colourful swedish spring flowers and are all looking forward to the festivities leading to summer. Children coloured Easter eggs and face-painted as Easter witches (påskkärring). Members were treated to delicately served sandwich cake (smörgåstårta) and Easter softdrink (påskmust). Simply wonderful!
