Information about Jobbsprånget

Many SDCN members have attended Jobbsprånget’s internship programs, and expressed how valuable they have been. Now’s your chance to learn more about how Jobbsprånget works and how to apply!

Jobbsprånget is a four-month internship program administered by the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences in association with Arbetsförmedlingen. The internship program is targeted at expats with academic degrees as engineers, architects, scientists and economists, as well as from HR, Marketing and Communications, IT and many more.

Jobbsprånget speeds up the process of entering the Swedish labour market, and gives newcomers a chance to show their potential. 150 employers participate in the program across 50 different locations all over Sweden.

Based on their solid experience of building relationships between talent and employers, Jobbsprånget matches potential employers with relevant candidates who are currently outside the job market, and also helps candidates in building required skills.
